After closing

The part where every other tool switches itself off

Competing products are built around the closing window. This one treats closing as a milestone the record passes through — because that's when the documents start mattering for taxes, warranty claims, and the referral conversation two years later.

Lifecycle coverage

The gap isn't a missing feature — it's the span

Read from each product's own positioning: one goes dark at closing, one only covers the closing window, one only exists afterwards.

The Post-Close Hub

What a client still has, months later

Unlocked the moment an agent marks the deal closed. It's added to the client's own navigation — the portal doesn't become read-only, it changes job.

Live
Document archive

The deed, title policy, closing disclosure summary, inspection reports, and every vendor invoice stay exactly where they were filed — searchable, with version history intact.

Live
Home reminders

HVAC filter changes, gutter cleaning, and warranty renewal dates are computed from the deal's actual close date on a fixed cadence, so the next one is always a real date rather than a generic tip.

Needs a rate feed
Refi / rate watch

A lender opt-in nudge when rates drop meaningfully below the closed rate. This one needs a live mortgage-rate feed, which isn't connected — so the card says so rather than showing invented numbers.

Live
Review & referral

A prompt to leave the agent a review, plus the client's own referral link — the same lead-capture link an agent shares at an open house, so a referral and a walk-in land in one inbox.

Why it matters commercially

A record that persists is a reason not to leave

Most transaction tools are rented for sixty days and then forgotten. When the archive, the reminders, and the referral link all live in one place a client already has access to, the agent stays present in that relationship without doing anything — and the data itself becomes the reason the record is worth keeping where it is.

How it's driven

Computed from a real close date

When an agent marks a deal closed, that transition is timestamped on its own field rather than inferred from the last edit. Every reminder cadence counts forward from that timestamp, and a daily job emails whichever clients have one due that day — dormant until real email credentials are configured, and honest about it in the meantime.

Ready to look inside?

Three doors into the same deal — clients sign in with a magic link, agents and lenders with a work email.
